Does anyone know of any GW kit or 3rd party bits which would work for a cowled orc head (cloth, chainmail or scale mail, just not a standard helmet or bare) short of greenstuffing my own? I'm looking at the potential for a heavy Orc Arrer Boyz/bandit theme'd Orc army and it's wholly unfeasable to buy direct to get Arrer Boyz/Ruglud's Armoured Orcs for an entire army.

I remember the 2nd edition ork models had a lot more head gear, including something somewhat representative of a cowl:

But other than digging through eBay trying to find some old 2nd edition models, I think your best, easiest, cheapest, and least annoying bet would be green stuff.

Already looked before raising the thread and they don't seem to quite hit the mark. You got helmets, beanies, hats, caps, tricorns, bicorns and ushankas but no cowls :(
