I think the original Windrider ideas were right, after thinking about it.

FA, 4+ armor, and a Windrider Host thats 2-6 FA, 0-3 Troops. Basically, swaps standard troops for Wind riders without swapping their role.

Might need a discount too. 15 ppm sound about right?

As for Battlefocus, idea #2 involved disembarking after a vehicle moved more than 6". Probably not a good idea. Not sure.

Over a regular Guardian (assuming we're calling 9ppm there fair) you get about +30% weapon effectiveness, hilariously increased speed, +1T, +1Sv, and better heavy weapon density; you lose non-shuriken-cannon heavy weapons, squad size, Wave Serpents, and you have to pay the cost of an extra model on top of the normal cost to get a Warlock. 15 sounds reasonable to me.

Also on that subject what does this change do to characters? It doesn't matter for Autarchs and Shining Spears because of Heavy Aspect Armour but what does it mean for Warlocks and Farseers, who are now getting armour equal to their Invul? Are their Bikes going to be cheaper?

Do they need it? Honestly, I was thinking 20ppm with a 4+ sv for them.

When spamming bike psykers (Seer Star), it gets more costly and not as survivable, but one or two here or there? Not really going to feel it. Seer Star on bikes always seemed a bit off to me, but a jetseer here or there seems reasonable. No real reason to give them a 3+ IMO. Perhaps I'm being overly punative of a shenanigany 6ed build, though.

Autarchs get a 3+ from their armor. The bike's 3+ never did anything for them.

That's what I said. Right now Farseers and Warlocks both pay 15pts for a Jetbike, I'm asking if it'd make sense to only charge Warlocks 10pts or something.

And the problem that led to Jetseers in the first place is letting folks have multiple Blessings up on the same unit at the same time. If that wasn't allowed nobody would care.

Warlocks at 10, Autarchs and Farseers at 20 seems fine.

Multiple blessings were an issue, but mostly because Eldar were designed for 7th, where stacking blessings is much harder and less reliable. SeerStar really only works well now in the way that anything works, if you cast Invis on it...

For Autarchs though, what about some minor benefit for each Path they take gear from? Usually tactical or strategic, rarely just a plus to beatsticking. Not all Paths will have one, but here are some thoughts:
-Shining Spears: Skilled Rider
-Scorpion: Infiltrate
-Hawks: precision 6+
-Banshees: +1 Run
-Reapers: May chose to snapshot any weapon - if so, counts as Assault (same # of shots
-Spiders: reroll snapshots?
-DAs: Counterattack
-Fire Dragons: +1A when not at full wounds
-Spectres: -1 enemy LD per unsaved shooting wound
