I recently finished building a whole batch of Dust Tactics "Warzone Tenement" buildings for my sci-fi city (though they're fairly genre-neutral). I'm really pleased with the kits, though like the Pegasus Gothic kits, they require a bit of work to get the most from them. Also, it turns out that self adhesive vinyl tiles and the Dust Tactics Quonset Huts make great roofs!
Lots of tips and pics here: http://chicagoskirmish.blogspot.com/2015/01/getting-most-from-dust-tactics-tenement.html
Coming soon, the finished painted buildings!

Truly excellent use of a simple kit. I was never very interested in them before but I am now. Especially since they're relatively inexpensive compared to similar mdf kits (*head scratch* with plastic being a petroleum product that one confuses me). Anyway please post painted pics soon as I'm considering getting these to use for batman since most of my existing terrain is very much... Not Gotham city lol.

Thanks,
I agree about the comparison between these and MDF kits. MDF has it's place, but it just doesn't get you the variation in depth and detail that plastic does. Also the Gotham City comparison is apt. I really like the way these remind me of buildings I see here in Chicago which has a similar architectural style.
I'm working on the painted pics post today and it should be up in a few days.

Simple. One is mass produced via molds in a factory in China...the other is priced according to laser time needed to cut material (even a large shop only has 1200 +/- "hours" of laser time per week if they have 8-10 lasers running full time. Once some big factory in China starts purchasing laser-cut machines and runs a factory of 100+ machines you might see lasercut prices drop accordingly. The more detail on a single sheet of MDF, the more time the laser has to cut. It's not the best mass-production method, but yields a very cool result.

You're in luck!
Here's the Buildings above all painted up...

... and here's two more I made from the pieces I had leftover and some Mantic Deadzone Terrain. Very cyberpunk.

After this project I've opened a Dakka log of all my finished terrain projects (and some minis). If you're interested, you can see it here:
