I am assembling my first CSM predator, and I cannot figure out how to get the main turret to be rotate.
Am I missing a step, any advice is appreciated!

This! Alternately, you will have to scratch build a clip system that will allow the turret to spin freely when assembled.
But it's easier to just not glue the turret in place.

Ah ok I was hoping it would be snap fit of some sorts so it doesnt bobble around if its just place onto the opening.

I used the 1/4 x 1/16 magnets. Use sprue bits for cross beames, for the bottom of the turrent, and the hatch opening on the tank body. Glue the magnets to the center point of the added cross beams. The wide magnets hold the turret to the tank securely, and allows for smooth rotation.

+1 for this method; it's pretty much how I did mine. It works for the cupolas as well.

Like above, magnets are about the only way. I don't glue mine down, that way if its wrecked, I can remove the turret to show.
