You basically have to look for Conan the Barbarian dressed up in bling of war? For some reason I don't think there are that many candidates. Mine would be Putin since he at least can fight despite looking far more like a Bond-villain than Conan.

I thought we were playing the suggestion-game.. I named one possibility....your turn. And yeh he likely got transferring into it as a three to four meter tall Conan the Barbarian walking around would likely raise some eyes and see him besieged by 80.000 journalists.

Given the anti-science stance of many in the political arena today, it's unlikely that he-who-will-be-Emperor is on Earth right now. Probably out on Mars, doing his Dr. Manhattan thing. Or maybe in Celephais, or Ulthar.

It is likely that the Emperor would be the head of one of the world power families like the the Rockefeller's. That way, he can secretly control the world, be rich as feth, and generally be manipulating humanity from the shadows.

After his Sons decided to scream bloody murder and turned traitor, he realised he couldn't give a cra..care about the universe. He then ascended the Golden Throne and has been squatting ever since, writhing in unseen energies as he tries to squeeze out a solution to Mankinds woes.
