so since the desolation book is gone, the lotr sourcebooks are gone and there is no free pdf to donwload from black library that gives me the profiles to like one third of the miniature line,
can anyone give me the profiles for afew units in the game? such as giant spiders ( new or old) thranduil ( old one) khazad guard and black numenorians?
ive tried like hell to find em online and cannot find any pdfs online for the sourcebooks

Statting your own LotR minis isn't impossible, it's basically +1 for each point of stat increase and +1-5 for a Special Rule depending on potency. For Monsters and Heroes, it's +5 for stats and 5-20 for the special rules.

Do you have Moria goblin stats? I find basing your own off these using the system Paradigm mentioned works great because you already have a balanced template which is the lowest of the low (Hobbits may be contenders but I haven't the stats with me atm) so you can increase wherever you need for different warriors and not have to worry about deducting points etc. which can unbalance them sometimes.

You might get lucky googling the right keywords, or alternately by browsing eBay/swap shop/wargamer.au/etc to find copies of the books.

They aren't gone, they are just...available..at other sources. They are part of a a huge section of games that could also be referred to as "tradtional games" or, in short, "tg".

Unfortunately a lot of profiles are hard to lay your hands on, I've been trying to find the rules for Sauron the necromancer for a very long time - But without buying the sourcebooks (usually at double the old RRPs) or signing up to some dodgy download websites, there's not a lot that can be done.

(typically enough, I just picked up the old "fall of the necromancer" sourcebook for a fiver... so maybe the lesson to take away from that is: keep an eye on Ebay!)
