I'm going to double vote Marbo, or hell, at least something in the IG elite slot that makes me want to take them, maybe something like BS4 heavy weapons squads, or BS4 special weapon teams, ooooorrrrr even better, all the major planets get some sort of specialist unit in the elite spot. I'm thinking like a special unit of Mordians that give FRFSRF and or stubborn. Or Catachan devils that are loaded with special weapons, demo charges, and can infiltrate, outflanking and fleet tallarn, and most important, KASRKIN.
I'd also like to reintroduce the old Sgt. Harker, and that the new harker gets murdered in his sleep. WHY DOES HE SUCK SO MUCH!!!!!

Can the Eldar have Nuadhu Fireheart back? Considering there are now rules for Chariots he could totally work. Of course he'll have to get his Celestial Lance back from Iyanden.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
Orks always ride in single file to hide their strength and numbers.

Consider my vote for dragon riders changed. I forgot about Nuadhu. I even have had a plan in my head for ages for a model using a Venom and a High Elf Chariot spear-wielding Eldar in the chariot section. He'd be great for my Saim-Hannn-esque Eldar.

Asdrubael Vect for Dark Eldar it just feels like they removed him for no real reason along with a bunch of other characters. The Dark Eldar now have 3 special characters then you look at various Space Marine chapters who seem to have like 9 million special characters. Maybe some of the others are fine but Vect is the most important character among Dark Eldar and he had a model plus he represents the Kabalite just as all the other characters represent a part of the army. Lelith for Wych cults, Urien for coverns and Drazhar for Incubi so it just makes sense to have Vect for Kabalite heavy armies .

Tyranid dominatrix with a better name and updated design to fit the new nids.
My understanding from reading the lore was that this was the closest thing to the hive mind made manifest on the battlefield that anyone had ever seen.
Give it a larger synapse (18-24 inches). Throw it in the HQ slot and give it its crazy long range back cannon and anti melee defenses. Make it expensive as hell but worth every point. The Dom seems like it has its place in the nid army and would be a neat addition.
