So here's the setup.

Full Wych blob o' suck. 15 models, Agonizer on the sarge just in case you've got something with a 3+ save wanting to challenge.

Then you attach two Shadowseers, ML2, one with the Mask of Secrets.

Right off the bat they give the wyches: Fear, Hit'n'Run, Fearless, -2LD aura, access to Haywire Grenades, two models that attack at S6 Fleshbane with 4 attacks on the charge and two shots at pinning anyone 18" away.

Give the one with the mask Phantasmancy, that gives you "nobody can shoot me from outside ~20" away" as a primaris and a chance to get stealth/shrouded, reverse enemy targeted invisibility, heck even mirror of minds would be handy for keeping high toughness monsters thinking about trying for the ol' tarpit away from the blob.

Give the other one Sanctic powers. Now you've got a decent chance at Gate of Infinity (could be handy for repositioning the blob), Sanctuary (alright, 3+ invulns are good), Hammerhand (awesome on wyches), and Vortex of Doom (suddenly the enemy deathstar is scared of you)

So what do you think? Is an army with a Harlequin Masque with 3x troupes with Seers in Starweavers, 2x Fast Attack Starweavers full of Wyches or Kabalites, 1x Participation Trophy Voidweaver and 5x Seers 1x Solitaire a good army base to pair with a Wych blob like this? Bring in Razorwings for anti-air, Scourges for surgical anti-tank, give the Troupes kisses so they can go to town on whatever transports the enemy brings if need be and I can't think of any super glaring weaknesses other than things like Flyrant Cheese lists.

Is sticking them in with wyches better than a beast pack, wraith blades, incubi or banshees/scorpions?

Everything good looks like it's coming from the shadowseers, not from the wyches.

Makes wyches more likely to get across the table, they are still doing what wyches do when they get to their target.

Another blob thing shadowseers open up are 20man warrior blobs.

20 warriors w/ 2 darklance and 2 blasters, with attached archon with blaster & wwp and shadowseer or two attached would make for an annoying AT/AP unit. It can put out 5 dark lance shots the turn it comes in+ any other turn, will most likely be veiled so things have to get close to shoot it, and has large amount of poison up close. move+ rapidfire would see 32 poison shots, 3 blaster shots, and 2 snap firing darklances plus anything the shadowseers bring [2 hallucinogen grenades..] Shadowseers have hit and run, so the squad now has it so should the charge get locked in assault they can always walk out and shoot whatever.

Well, they keep the beasts from moving 12", any str bonuses are kinda wasted on the already high str wraith blades, the incubi are a possibility but they're a bit of a bigger target for things like AP3 blasts, I feel like as an opponent seeing that kind of point sink I'd be more inclined to specifically bring in the big guns to pop that in one go. It's also a bit more points to just be walking across the board.

The warrior blob also needs to get within 12" to be of real use, and then the Phantasmancy doesn't help as much.

Shadowseers will make any foot unit better, period. Even the resilient grots would love a shadowseer around. So yes, the wych blob wouldn't suck but it doesn't make it better than some other possible choices that you have, such as beastpacks. Because a khymera cost just as much as a wych, but has better strength, better toughness, better mobility, more attacks, a larger footprint (which is a good thing) and a better save.
