So im still pretty new to the game and came into a big amount of khorne army and i just got the codex. i noticed i have 3 predators and a few havocs am i not allowed to use them now or what.

You probably inherited a Codex: Chaos Space Marines army and I'm guessing you bought the very recently released Codex: Khorne Daemonkin. The two Codexes shares some Units, but not all. I think the Predators and Havocs are only in the CSM book.

If there's no entry for Predators and Havocs in Codex: Khorne Daemonkin then you may not run them in a Codex: Khorne Daemonkin detachment.

That's not to say you cannot run them in an army with which you're using your Codex: Khorne Daemonkin. You could take another detachment using Codex: Chaos Space Marines and run your Predators and Havocs in there alongside your Codex: Khorne Daemonkin detachment.
