I've once had a bikerboss fail 3" charge to a wave serpent 2 turns in a row back in 6-th when he couldn't reroll.

A few games ago i've taken a few casualties with a blob of boyz with warboss, failed ld9, rolled 1 on the mob rule, rerolled it to be 1 again and fled 11" away.

On the opposite side - extremely good luck of my opponent - a GK player with Draigopally star back in 5-th edition passed 54 armor saves in a row. Rolled them ONE BY ONE cause it was that 5-th edition musical wound spam thing.

I played a game against my friends Dark Eldar as Grey Knights. Librarian Terminator deep struck with a group of Paladins and cast Vortex of Doom on one of his transports (for the fun of it). It went off, destroyed the transport and all the units inside died. There was another transport nearby with another unit and his warlord. So, of course, we roll to see what direction the vortex goes in, and it lands perfectly on his warlords transport, killing everything.
He surrendered after that. It was incredibly unlucky.

Worst string of bad rolling I dealt with was in an Epic scale Space Marine 2nd edition years ago. Had 4 units of 3 cannon of khorne each. For those not familiar the cannon of khorne used the artillery die to determine the strength of its attack from 2 to 10. All well and good, but if a misfire rolled the cannon blew itself up.

Anyway, back to the story. 4 units of 3 cannon of khorne each. First turn of the game and first use of any of the units. First unit: Misfire, Misfire, str 2; Second unit: Misfire, Misfire, Misfire. Third unit: Misfire, str 2, Misfire; Fourth unit: Str 2, Misfire, Misfire. In the first shooting phase 9 of 12 cannon blew themselves up, and the 3 that didn't did no damage because they rolled minimal strength for their attack. In one go most of our artillery was gone, having zero effect on the battle at all.

We had to stop the game for 20 minutes because we were all laughing so hard at the ridiculousness of it.

Last weekend I played a game Orks(my cousin and I) vs Chaos Marines(another cousin), there was a crucial combat between a tooled up Daemon Prince and the Ork warboss and loads of boys etc. The Daemon Prince was trying to get off Iron Arm which would have given him toughness 8 and made him immune to all the boys and saved him from instant death from the Warboss, in other words a crucial roll. He rolled well getting four successes. We therefore needed four 6's from our only four deny dice. We decided it was pointless and we would just try deny his next cast (I think it was a shooting attack). Which we duly did by rolling...four 6's. Cruel, cruel dice.

So correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't it say in Tiggy's profile that his hellfire hood allows you to reroll failed psychic tests?

Yes it does
If one plays Tiggy and forgets it, deserves whatever comes next

BTW, i believe this is one rule that will not stay the same for Tiggy next codex

Anything that occurs entirely within one game can hardly be labeled a "string".

I once went 16 consecutive games having won the roll to go first (lucky right?) only to have the initiative stolen from me in each of them. I finally broke this streak by just choosing to go second.

"'players must agree how they are going to select their armies, and if any restrictions apply to the number and type of models they can use."

This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.

I don't get what the "re-roll failed psychic test" has anything to do with this.
If you roll 2 or more 6's and pass the test, you can't re-roll, nor can you re-roll on the perils table, ld check or anything that would help you in such scenario.

Why would that change? Any chaos sorcerer can pick this ability up for like 15-25 points or something?
