Are you familiar with the current pricing of these weapons on SM infantry and Land Speeders, the closest contemporaries?
Heavy Flamers are worth 10 points for SM Infantry (or at least Sternguard, LotD, and Termies), while Plasma Cannons are priced at 15 points and Lascannons at 20.
Your suggested pricing is generally 66-75% more than what every other comparable unit is paying for these weapons... why?

First things first, those prices are waaaaay too overinflated. 15 points for a heavy flamer? Even on a fast platform that costs way too much for something that requires you to be in assault range to use. Should be 5-10 points like the multi-melta upgrade is. The plasma cannon and lascannon could both probably drop by 15 points. I do question their portability compared to the heavy bolter/flamer and multi-melta though. It seems a bit much for them to be on such a mobile platform, nothing else in the codex can go 12" and fire a lascannon/plasma cannon. You probably also want to bring up that you're using these rules for 5th edition. Not everyone knows you play it.

Do you know what happens when you mount a forward-firing flame weapon on a rapidly moving vehicle?
You set yourself on fire.
No mounted flamers on bikes, thanks.

It's not forward-mounted, it's on a swivel. You shoot it sideways.
...Or you could call it a 'high-velocity heavy flamer' and make it Torrent, just for laughs. Automatically Appended Next Post: (Also that gives me a great idea for a Battle Sisters biker unit: twin-linked flamers front-mounted, 4+ invul vs. melta/flamer weapons, and S5 HoW because they're on fire!)

I just realised what a good slapstick comedy that would be. 2 new marines mount a Heavy Flamer on an Attack Bike, while the faithful Guardsman Jeffrey tries to stop them!

I play 5th so I guess I have the right to comment.
A Heavy Flamer is usually costed the same as a MMelta so 10
H Plasma I like at 15 but maybe limited to Dark Angels Ravenwing.
Lascannon I would say 20
And to all who have problems with flamers on bikes, my Orkses on buggies have em and I would say an attack bike is tougher than a buggy. Of course, orks are a bit loony....
As to people who play 5th (vastly superior edition of course , and the rules don't cost $1000+), why can't we have our own rules forum category? I know there are more than a few of us on here.

Things like PCs and LCs are not common in the FA slot. IIRC nothing in the C:SM 5th ed codex can take them in that slot. We had to wait for the stormtalon for that. I guess they were technically 5th edition, for what, a month before 6th dropped? And we payed more for heavy weapon upgrades back then.
The Land Speeder, which is basically the HS pick of the FA world should provide some guidance.
HF is a straight swap for the HB
MM is +10 points (this is a given, and the same for ABs and LS’s)
PC I’d place a +25 points.
LC at 35.
While those last two seem a little high, they fit the 5th edition codex. That’s what Dev’s paid for them. And for putting them in the FA slot, I think a little markup is fine.
A pair of bikes with LCs on the sidecars would set you back 150 points. That’s a little ouchy. But consider a TML/HB speeder is 90 points, and an auto/las pred was 120 and I think we’re in the right ballpark. Also due to the way move and fire rules worked back then, they are going to make a very mobile firebase.

No. Right now we are stuck with HB or MMs.
AsCs on the sidecar would be nice. Good range synergy with the bike’s TL bolter, good ROF, and likes to shoot at the same sort of thing. Would pretty much invalidate the HB, but that’s not a new thing. Price would determine a lot.

The way gw pairs vehicles and their weapons and even weapons profiles just boggles me. So much stuff makes no sense. Land speeders get assault cannons but no one takes them bc the land speeder is fragile and expensive. Meanwhile you have eldar jet bikes with scatter lasers for like 27pts or was it 17?
dreads and termi get assault cannons but lack mobility to harass.

I believe eldar jetbikes are 27. I mean, if they're 17, they are a point cheaper than tombblades for that butt funnery.
