I got one too, and some Adeptus Mechanicus decals, last badge I got was just a button badge with a spore mine on, I much prefer this one. It's a 1st Tactical squad badge.

I'm pretty sure it is a Dark Angels emblem, given how the tactical squad arrows point sideways in the DV kit and the Dark Angels are the first legion.
