Hi all,

I have been slowly building a thousand sons army. I want to keep within the fluff where possible. So I was thinking no possessed etc.

I currently have:

Arhiman

Daemon decimator engine

Sorcerer in terminator armour

2 1k sons squads one with banner

2 cultist squads

4 spawn

Rhino

Vindicator

So if you where in this position, what other units would you look at getting trying to keep within the rubic style. Bikers and havocs etc.

Thanks for all your thoughts.

My own chapoter, The Broken Swords. Almost a full company.

Anything that's a daemon engine, since you can't really have any infantry other than TSons (dependant on just how much you're willing to bend your fluff) and there's no-one left to pilot the vehicles.

Maulerfiends, forgefiends, heldrakes and defilers would all fit that category, as would daemonically possessed vindicators and predators (though DP vindies are actually kinda good while DP preds are bad).

As mentioned above, daemon allies is a solid choice.

Ahriman totally uses possessed....

Not that you should include them, they are terrible.

But they wouldn't be Thousand Sons possessed. Fellow Thousand Sons who get possessed / mutated are either put away until a cure is devised / for research or get a bullet. They don't get used as attack dogs.
