Going for a Eldar\Harlie mix. We play a 2 CAD set for most games.
Can I take the Windrider host and the Seer Council and put them with Harlies?
Windrider says I can take 1-3 of the groups that have Seer Council in them (Under Craftworld warhost)
Can I take two Warlock Councils? The seer council has to be 5 large does the Windrider too?
I need to take 1 of the Guardian Hosts as well... Thinking the Crimson Death.

First of all, a CAD is a type of detachment, just like the Eldar Warhost. If you play games with 2 CADs then the Eldar Warhost would not fit in.
However, if you mean that you play games with 2 Detachments, then the Eldar Warhost would allow you to do what you have said (Take a Windrider Host + Seer Council formation + Guardian Host as a single detachment).

Also, Codex: Harlequins can't be taken as a CAD and none of the Units in Codex: Harlequins may be included in an Eldar Detachment.
If you want Eldar and Harlequins, you'll need a minimum of two detachments. One for your Eldar and one for your Harlequins.

Thank you for the clarification... I meant 2 detachments. So one would be the warhost and one would be harlies... got it!

It might also help if you get used to the new terminology. CAD refers specifically to the Combined Arms Detachment presented in the core rule book. If you say you're playing with two CADs, most people will assume you mean two Combined Arms Detachments. I think what you meant to say is that you're using two detachments, which is the more general term.
