Now, me and a friend got into an Argument whether Skaven or Dwarves have better tech, I was for Skaven, just because they have Warpstone means they have Infinitly better technologie. So what do you think?

Skaven tech is not as reliable at dwarfs tech. Skaven tech can be deadly for the user and the opponent.

I love the Dwarfs, but the Skaven created a laser cannon with enough range and power to shoot down the moon. As great as runes are, Skaven have this one in the bag IMO.
