So, I'm actually quite famous for having more armies than I can deal with (40k: Space Marines, eldar, Orks, tau, fantasy: Wood Elves, High Elves, Skaven, WoC...)
So, heeding the Advice of a fellow player to JUST CHOOSE ONE ARMY!!!....
...I decided to add Inquisition to the list.

So my Inquisitor was born.

And I was wondering, WHAT SHOULD I ADD TO HIS RETINUE(I hope I spelled that right)

I have: Psiker, Servoskull and nothing else

I want some kind of Tank, but all the GW models are to lame or else to expensive.

Also, Inquisition is not really a standalone army, they are attached to another army. So first you would need to decide to which army you are going to attach them.
For the retinue you want at least some acolytes. Servitors, Jokearo, Crusaders and Death Cult assassins are also a good choice.
But really, what you should take depends completely on what you want your Inquisitor to do and what army you attach him to.

Instead of tanks, why not invest in some Inquisitorial Valkyries?

While the monkey army is effective in the right build (bunkered up in a FoR with voids), it can struggle a bit in a real game.

You never said your points cost so i am guessing 1500, you will need inquisitorial detachments if you plan on playing inquisition only. You could try a list like this:

Well, you asked what you should add to "HIS RETINUE" (emphasis yours)...

So I think, given the use of the male pronoun, it was a safe assumption that the Inquisitor was male.

Anyway, really depends on what kind of Inquisitor you want to portray. Mine's Ordo Hereticus, so I have a lot of Sisters allies (technically a Sisters army + an Inquisition ally).
