Space Marines are *still* only S4

And as I said when they were bumped up to T4 halfway through RT the rationale was down to in-game effects, not retcon to the nature of marines.

I can't even figure out what that is. Charisma? Or is it CL? Clamminess?

It's Cool. A model with low Cool value [1-10] (the stat ranges from 1 -10) loses control of its actions and do really unpredictable things, like, acting uncool.

P.S.: To Whom it may concern: yes, it's transhuman, not posthuman. I've changed it.

Man, can you believe the nerf they gave marines in WillPower lately? It's like it's nothing compared to RT.

It’s all Cl, bro.

As noted, CL was "cool", how a unit could maintain its composure under fire.. They used to have 3 stats to do what LD does now, Ld, Cl, and Int (intelligence) that are all simply rolled up into just Ld now.

Fluffwise marines were always superhumans, the description in the RT rulebook was fairly non-specific, though the Black Carapace was mentioned. The 3rd edition Index Astartes article on marine physiology was mostly a word for word copy-paste of the article in WD98 (RT was released circa WD94). When marines were bumped up to T4 in WD129 it was specifically attributed to 'codex creep' rather than because the nature of marines had changed.
Oh absolutely, and they always had S4. But their superhumanness has grown over time as well.

IRON WITHIN, IRON WITHOUT.

New Heavy Gear Log! Also...Grey Knights!
The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts.
