The Russian town of Kumertau celebrated its anniversary by attempting to create the biggest helicopter model made from horsemeat ever, reports Reuters.
The horsemeat chopper, built by local chefs as a homage to the area’s helicopter manufacturing industry, measured more than 11 feet long and weighed 264lbs. Naturally it also had rotating blades.
The sausages are all organic and locally produced, but hungry revellers were out of luck as there was no nibbling allowed.
