Utter Destruction:
Causes Instant Death regardless of the target's toughness or whether the target has the "Eternal Warrior" special rule or not. Gargantuan Creatures are not affected by the Instant Death, but instead lose D6 wounds.
*If there are are no rules provided for wargear or explanations provided for special rules, that means that they already exist.

Emperor titans only have 14 armor as per the latest rules. No reason for an imperator titan to have more than that. Also anything higher than a 14 means you need Str 9 or higher to even glance it negating even most antitank weapons. There is a reason we havn't seen armor 15 yet. I believe the emperor also only has 48 hull points. In addition giving it an invulnrable save makes it rediculous. Imperial titans already have regenerating void shield and adding an invulnerable save makes it rediculously OP. Also the emperor costs 4000 points as well.
Heaven forbid melee units have a purpose in this game. Hope the warlord gives +1 BS to all shooty units targeting it too just to keep the narrative flowing
Transport Capacity - 25 per leg. The Imperator may not transport units with the Very/Extremely Bulky rules
Fire Points - 3 each in the "12", "3", and "9 'o'clock" positions of each foot.
Access points - 1 at the rear of each foot. Any number of units may disembark in the same turn.
Options May replace either arm mounted weapon with the following:
- Vengence Cannon - free
- Doomstrike Launcher - free
Must take 6 of the following carapace weapons
- Vulcan Mega Bolter - free
- Turbo-Laser - 50pts each
- Plasma Blastgun - 100pts each
- Laser Blaster - 150pts each
- Gatling Blaster - 100pts each
- Apocalypse Missile Launcher - 150pts each
- Melta Cannon - 100pts each
- Quake Cannon - 150pts each
- Vortex Missile - 100pts each
Special Rules Large Target - Units targeting the Imperator receive a +1 bonus to any to-hit rolls.
Towering Monstrosity - Same as Warlord Titan Reinforced Superstructure - Same as Warlord Titan World Burner - Same as Warlord Titan Titanic Tread - Units within 12" of the Imperator count as moving through Difficult Terrain.

Its to represent how hard it is to actually do damage to it when you're hitting an armored foot bigger than a tank with a stick, should be litteraly no chance to hit it in CC if you can't at least reach vital systems, but maybe have a chance to board it in combat
