I just can't stop.
I keep looking for that list that satisfies everything.
Have an answer to everything. Be fluffy. Be not spammy. Don't keel over with a stiff breeze.

Well, the new MFD's help out with at least 2 of these. So this is what I currently have:

Spoiler:

+++ The Lion's Blade (2000pts) +++

++ Codex Adeptus Astartes: Dark Angels (The Lion's Blade Detachment) ++

+ Core +

Demi Battle Company
··Chaplain [Bolt Pistol, Jump Pack, Power Fist]
··Assault Squad [4x Assault Space Marine, 2x Flamer, Jump Pack]
····Assault Space Marine Sergeant [Bolt Pistol, Chainsword, Melta Bomb]
··Devastator Squad [Armorium Cherub, 4x Grav Cannon with Gravamp, 4x Space Marine]
····Sergeant [Chainsword]
··Tactical Squad [Meltagun, 4x Tactical Marine]
····Rhino [Storm Bolter]
····Sergeant [Chainsword, Combi-Melta]
··Tactical Squad [Meltagun, 4x Tactical Marine]

+ (No Category) +

Chapter Tactics * [Black Templars]

+ Formation +

Anti-air Defence Force *
··Hunters [Hunter]
··Stalkers [Stalker, Stalker]

So far it seems every requirement is met.
Assault marines that can swipe off light infantry.
Mobile tacticals with a variety of weapons.
Devastators with Grav.
Ravenwing to home in the Terminators.
Won't immediately keel over to any non-psyker heavy lists on that ground either.
I even managed to plug the AA hole with a cheap AA Force Formation (I'm just going to paint them green and consider them "experimental status" for fluff reasons. Not like they benefit from Grim Resolve/CT's in any way).

Not likely to win any tournaments with this, but is there something I missed?

Yeah you need 2 demi companies and 1 auxiliary to get the free transports. Unless one were to go bare minimum units, it's very difficult to achieve in lower point games.

Anyways, I like the list! I personally do not like the Deathwing Redemption force, but it's really personal preference. Lots of people don't like the Hammer of Caliban but it's probably my favourite auxiliary so take what you will.

I feel the list is very well rounded. As you pointed out, it probably isn't tourny worthy (With Necrons and Eldar nowadays, what else really is?). But in a casual setting, I would imagine you would have a blast with this list.

Yes, you need two Demi-companies to get the free transports, just like the space marine codex (It's not that he's using the Gladius Strike Force, he's using a similar thing from the Dark Angel's codex called a Lion's Blade Strike Force).

As for the actual list - it covers a tri-wing about as well as can be expected, whilst including some anti-air, but alot of the choices in the demi-company seem... forced?
Grav for Grav's sake in terms of the Devs - the range will hamper efforts to maim things like Wraithknights (they have the mobility to avoid them unless absolutely necessary). The main benefit of Grav is that if you are forced to move, you can still make effective use of the weapon. For this reason I would be thinking Drop Pod.
Likewise with the melta-tacs - getting within melta range with Rhino's is a tricky deal, which again drop pods make shockingly simple. Of course, going with this many drop pods heavily changes the feel of the army, so take all that with a pinch of salt.

The Conversion Field on the Inner Libby is comparatively expensive - it's costed according to going from no Invuln to a 4++, rather than from a 5++. If you're planning for this guy to be your Warlord then fine, I can appreciate the increased save (although ideally he's hiding in a unit).

That is exactly the goal I've been shooting at, ty

@Quanar
Well there it shows my inexperience with Grav. Never had the option to use them so far and I don't really understand the "new hotness" that everybody freaks out about. GRAV ZOMFG WE GOT GRAV! Well.. yeah If I manage to set them on a Skyfire Nexus... THEN I see them doing good (Baledrakes, TWO OF THEM!)
So the basic reason is the mobility - got it.
I'll get rid of the Conv Field (forgot the 5++ confered by the TDA) . I'll go with pods for the Tac's, though in my experience they often tend to do nothing and get vaporized - too close and only 2 shots to cripple something they need to.
Now I need to drop another 25 points to find room for a Pod for the Dev's...
