I was wondering if I could still get this somewhere, I really want him in my army. Also I was wondering what some of the other Imperial Guard heroes are.

You could check in Dakka's Swap Shop to see if there's anyone here who might have one they want to unload. Other than that its OOP so eBay is your best choice. Keep in mind he has no official rules since 3rd edition I believe.
Also could you clarify what you're wondering regarding other IG heroes? The rest can be seen on the main website and in codex so guys like Commissar Yarrick, Creed and Nork Dedogg are all still there.

I could have sworn that I saw him on GW's site, but yeah, essentially reposting this thread in the swap shop or asking a mod to move this one there will likely lead to your most favorable result.

Oh the memories. It's hard to imagine that there was a time when GW actually offered rules for free like that on their website.

My brain just melted a little bit from the flashbacks.
And for finding Solar, Ebays the best bet, you may have to check back from time to time if you want a nice one, there's a junkie looking one there now. Also just ordinary web searches can turn up results. I got an Eldar Void Stalker for BFG off Amazon a little bit back for cheaper than Ebay prices.

The new scion has the perfect leg and chest piece for it. just needs more imperium on it.
I know there is a nice head in one of the fantasy kits.
Scion has a nice pimp cane though not exactly like his.
just need to GS the cape and you are golden.
