I just took a look at the app and saw that there are now 2 more warscrolls for the Stormcast Eternals. Some guys with spears and another unit with some other kind of melee weapon (I can't remember their names). The both are 3 wound models units.

Does anyone know when they are supposed to release?

They are the "Paladin" box, which is the name of the Conclave they are from.

A box builds 5 models from one of three different units:
Retributors(the guys with 2h hammers which are in the AoS box)
Protectors(the guys with the glaives, the long spear looking swords)
Decimators(2h axes)

There is a "special weapon" which you can equip 1 in 5 models with called the "Starsoul Mace".

The PDF download for Retributors on their product page begs to differ.

There is a bit of a discrepancy in any regards as the PDF says "2 in every 5 models" for all three types versus "1 in every 5 models" in WD.

That remains to be seen.

White Dwarf says one thing and the PDF says something different.

I posted what White Dwarf used as the box is 1 in 5.

I'm guessing the 2 in 5 for Retributors is correct and that the online PDF and AoS App simply haven't been updated yet. They're still showing the simplified War Scroll from the AoS boxed set. This is similar, most likely, to how the Liberators War Scroll was updated to add more options.

I think the biggest proof that it's 2 in 5 is the fact that the sprue pics on the GW website appear to show the pieces for 2 star maces included in the box.
Originally I thought they were single-faced (i.e. would need 4 bits to make 1) but as they are non-sequentially numbered that normally means they aren't part of the same production step.

I'm not so convinced about that. It looks like one of those parts to make a nonstandard axe head is for the decimator-prime and not for a second star mace. Even in the description of what comes in the box it only mentioned being able to build 1 model with a star mace. It would be pretty shady to have the rules say you can take two when there is only one in the box. This is acceptable in something like devastator squad because there are SO many options and you at least get two of every kind but in this case, there is only 1 special weapon variant to take. I think it will end up with it only being 1 per 5 like the app has and which is more uniform with the other units that get 1 in every 5 (liberators).

I guess this explains why those units look the same. Just really hate spending $50 on 5 plastic figures.
