Corax face looks odd to me.... I like the rest of that model, bit the face is off putting to me.

Atia also stated the next IA is tau vs red scorpions (again????) and legio gryphonnicus.

One of these days I'm going to wake up and all the other badab war characters/chapters (and korvydae) and will have updated FAQ/rules. The following day, the new space marine codex will be released.....

Anyone else notice that the old sabre tank hunter model is behind those 2 new red books?

They kind of are, as SGS and FW are all apparently being blended together.

It seems like the legs and arms are the plastic ones so the poses will be fairly easy to sort.

I know, I really want to see the rest of what was there that didn't make it into that picture. I'm very curious as to exactly what the "Crusade Imperialis" book will be. Will it be a bid red book with updated lists for Solar Auxilia, Knights, and the Legions? I think that would end up being a "must-buy" if they put all three in there.

I think Red Scorpions do need a bit of an update, though. Their chapter tactics are a bit lacking. I've always felt a better implementation of their use of Apothecaries would be to basically copy the Legion Apothecary entry, where you buy 1-3 of them as an Elites choice and then plop them into whichever squads you want.

Interesting that the AL are all holding double barrel bolters. Don't they'd assemble a full unit with combi weapons so I wonder if these are a new mark?

Must be, they each feature what looks like an acog (COD don't fail me now...) scope too which I haven't seen from FW/GW before

I love the shoulder pads on those AL guys.
Feels like those weapons are a new combi bolter mark. You don't see a lot of combi weapons with the scope like they have.

I hope their weapons get some decent rules besides just being a TL bolter. Seems pointless having them otherwise.

The rules for them are already out. They're in book 3.
