How does it work?

Hive World Concerns:

Is it reutilized/recycled? Do they have toilets/urinals and aquaducts?

Space concerns:

Do they burn it as a fuel or is it shot out into space like a poopy trail?

We all know about the tyranids and necrons, but what about:

Did the Emperor/Primarchs eat or poop?
Do Demons poop?
Some of them (thinking bloodthirster) eat human heads and stuff. Do they digest it or does it come out whole?
Do the Eldar eat or poop?
What about the Orcs? Don't they eat humie bitz during battle too?

As much of it would be recycled as possible, especially in regards to space travel. What left would be jettisoned.

In regards to a hive world, go ask the scabies of the bottom of the under-hive.

Everybody poops, even demons. I can remember one of the novels referred to bloodletters doing fiery skull shaped poops, all the time roaring with rage.

Oh that makes sense. I forgot about the under-hives.
Their poop has nowhere to go though.

How does Nurgle not just dominate every hive world?
Or everything for that matter?
I mean not everyone wages war or plots or bones wantonly, but everybody poops?
Does he not get strength from the filth? From the pooping?

It has 7 HQs, 2 Troop types with Dedicated Transports, 5 Elite units, 5 Fast Attack units, 6 Heavy Support units, 2 Formations with unique units not in the rest of the codex, and 2 LOW choices.

Do you guys think the overall quality of toilet paper has increased or decreased? Higher qualify, like Charmin 40k would serve hive worlds well, saving on numbers of squares used per defecation session... but lower quality rolls like Scott 40k are cheaper and easier to produce, effective for keeping costs down.

Or do citizens of the Imperium just not wipe at all?

These are the hard hitting questions we need to be asking.

Its probably based on the planets natural resources.
If there's lots of water, then they use bidets.
But a planet like Caliban would use toilet paper.
The rest probably use lasguns to just burn the poop particles off their butts.

In one of the Cain novels, they just use the guardsmen uplifting primer as TP. So, probably not.

It gets recycled into food and water. When it can no longer be recycled? It's now raw matter for fusion reactors.

Generic humans: they recycle everything especially in space or deathworlds. filter and reuse all the water till it cant be done.
in space they probably keep using it till it cant be used then burn it for fuel after.
Space marines dont have to poop. the body and suit filter it back and forth for extra food later on.
Daemons probably poop. not sure.
Nids dont poop. They eat then die in a digestion pool to be reborn into something else...?
The eldar probably dont have to poop for 100s of years.
no clue of orks if they aint shooting or choppin then theres probably something rong with em

Daemons shouldn't need to eat, they don't physically exist in a sense that we would consider "normal". They also don't sleep, breathe, or procreate. They're not biological creatures.

Orks grow squigs in areas of settlements called "the drops"; and yes, that is the latrine.

There are only 3 concrete bitz of fluff regarding waste:
1) orks "the drops" (including humorous anecdote about squigs biting ork buts when they go to use ot sometimes and how grots and snotlings that have squig collection duty hate it)
2) power armor recycles waste for re-consumption(but does not explain the actual waste products that were expelled for a reason)
3) many imperial worlds recycle waste; either due to lack of food/water, or because that is easier than trying to figure out what to do with it(ships count as planet waste is infinitely recyclable although there are parts of it that cannot be immediately returned as consumables; those have to go through plants first(as in the plant takes it in as nutrition, we then eat the plant)

This is my Rulebook. There are many Like it, but this one is mine. Without me, my rulebook is useless. Without my rulebook, I am useless.
