They look about as close to Sigmarines as Sigmarines look to SM.

I guess if "looks nothing like space marines" = "looks like space marines".. Then yeah I suppose these are similar? Lots of games have sci-fi soldiers wearing armor.

It's not even a sci-fi setting. The video in the link make it out to be a fantasy world with these guys riding around in their castle.

Besides, I want this thing:

The more I see these little guys, the more they grow on me. I could use a mobile castle, BTW. If I'm not mistaken, there was some of this sort of stuff in the old school game called "Leviathan".

I saw them here-

Ah, Brikwars! That is one fine game! Haven't played in years, but we posted some funny batreps there over a period of a few months... Good times!

I play...

Sigh.

Who am I kidding? I only paint these days...

We love our superheroes because they refuse to give up on us. We can analyze them out of existence, kill them, ban them, mock them, and still they return, patiently reminding us of who we are and what we wish we could be.

Brikwars. Google it, it's totally a thing.

Kind of a mediocre game though. I gave it a try with a friend of mine and it wasn't alot of fun. We had a much better time playing Song of Blades and Heroes with LEGO. The easy rules and customizable statlines really fit well with the LEGO vibe.

Of course it didn't hurt that the "terrain" we were playing on was made of models built by one of todays best LEGO builders.

They have rounded shoulder pads with raised rims. That's about where the resemblance ends.

Precisely.
The over the top colors and angluar armor is much more similar to vintage Warzone than to 40k.

There's quite a number of well done 40k LEGO models out there. I remember a particularly well done Land Raider.
