Well, Hi.
I think I'm supposed to say stuff about war gaming here so I'll go ahead and do that.
I play Warhammer 40k mainly but do have an interest in Fantasy, even if I don't play it. I was brought into wargaming by a couple of school friends who all played 40k. At the time, the Tyranid Codex for 5th ed came out so i collected a tyranid army that never expanded beyond about 20 Termagents and some genestealers. It was a short while after this I found my true calling whilst playing with a friends Space Marines, so I got the Blood Angels Codex and vowed to fight for the emperor from then on. I stopped playing for a good while after 6th ed came out because change scares me and am only just getting back into it now. Apparently, Blood Angels have been absolutely butchered so that's fun. I'm currently planning an Inquisition detachment to my Blood Angels, so any tips I could instantly forget would be much appreciated.
Now for the non-wargaming bit.
I'm 18, and currently in my first year of studying History at University and looking forward to my vast career opportunities post-graduation. I'm an avid PC gamer and don't watch TV because I've heard it can cause violent behaviour. At the moment, I'm mainly playing Prison Architect and GTA V. I live in the UK and am not to fond of the present government, who seem focused on buggering either the poor or dead pigs and doing not much else.

Welcome to Dakka, even if you the BA codex has been butchered, being a Spacemarine player you can use any one of the codex's with out to much worries, I hear the normal vanilla Spacemarine Codex is pretty good.
