Subject: Does Hover Affect 'To Hit' Rolls?

Just wondering if hover still means you can only hit flyers on 6's or on normal BS as they are moving as fast skimmers?

You hit them on normal BS if they are in Hoover Mode. On Snap Shots you hit them only when they are Zooming.
Rule: Vehicles -> Flyers -> Hard to Hit

Flyers in hoover mode really suck.

Whether in cleaning mode or not, Skyfire still hits them fine, either way.

when they are moving as fast skimmers they are not moving as flyers, so the rules for hitting flyers no longer apply at that time.
