Honest discussion here so no flaming, but I noticed that many bronies are MRA, or pro MRA or supportive of the MRA movement

Lauren Faust is a feminist and she put a lot of feminist rhetoric into My Little Pony

*shrugs*

It would be far from the first time that MRAs have been hopelessly clueless.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.

Just sit back and enjoy the show

To answer the OP, Lots of people got into MLP, and many of them have probably never been exposed to Feminist ideas, or had little knowledge of what Feminism was about beyond the occasional crazy stuff on TV shows. The first reaction I find to that exposure is rejection

We're talking about MRAs here, whose entire ideology consists of "feminists are evil, and feminism is why I can't get any sex". I don't think lack of exposure to the existence of feminism is a factor.

I thought I understood the topic but the whole men's rights thing threw me for a loop and I had to look up what brony actually meant.

Ya, I don't see the connection.

Are lots of bronies MRAs? I have known lots of bronies, I have known several MRAs, but I have never met anyone that is both.

When the show features an all female main cast (plus Spike), what would a MRA get from the show?

Still waiting for Godot.

Being an MRA is largely for emotionally immature dudes who feel persecuted by the fact women just aren't generally attracted to them. While they don't make up the whole of the brony fandom, emotionally immature dudes who feel persecuted by the fact women aren't attracted to them certainly are well represented in it. As such you're bound to see some overlap in membership between the two groups even if one isn't directly influencing the other in any way.

Not if you want it to be sweet.

You can't make me imagine a Venn Diagram; you aren't my supervisor!

Locking this one because it amounts to trolling, even (especially?) if one takes premise of OP's question at face value.
