For interceptor squads I do 1 hammer, 2 incinerators, other weapons to taste.
For my terminators I do a hammer, psycannon, and 2 falchions(sp) per each 5 man group.

General rule of thumb for equipping GK squads is 1 Hammer per 5 models (never on the Justicar), max Psycannons on TDA (max Incinerators on PA), Falchion are best, Swords are free.

Grand Master with a Psycannon is 205pts. A Dreadknight with Sword, Psycannon, Incinerator, Teleporter is 225pts

Care to elaborate? From my understanding teleport homers only work with units coming in from Deep Strike Reserve.

I think there use full to give your gating units a safe place to land. But I'm new to GK myself so there maybe more to it than this.......
Edit:
Never mind I see what your asking. And Im not sure i thought they worked on any DS units just not Reserve but would have to go check

Rulebook explicitly states Deep Strike is the same as Deep Strike Reserve

Correct. The BRB states under tge Deep Strike USR that Deep Strike is also know as Deep Strike Resersves. While this may seem like a loophole or typo, shen taken into context with all of the cut and paste rules between books, it makes sense to equate the two.

Expanding on that, can you be Interceptor'd on Gate? And, can GK units in a Nemesis Strike Force run and shoot in the same turn as Gate?

Pretty much. And I often run Dreadknights with just teleporter and psycannon at 195 due to tight points. Why would I want to use those points on a GM?

Yes, you can be interceptored and use the NSF bonus when you gate.

I have an enormous GK force, well over a battle brotherhood and closer to two. I have four dreadknights etc. I find that they can fight pretty much any opposition. The two main issues are low numbers and not a massive amount of firepower especially long range high S shooting. You need to consider your opponent and vary your force. For example, against lots of nid MCs you will struggle to kill them until they get in close so maybe use land raiders which they find hard to kill due to the Armour 14. The tools are there but you need to have the options available in terms of models to be able to use them. I have a contemptor which I use with GK and I find that effective with a dreadnought ccw and an autocannon.

Not a bad list. One some quibble to keep in mind is that GK librarians can only be in Terminator armor (bigger base), so make sure to clear using Crowe as a proxy with any opponents. Personally, it wouldn't bother me since I love that model and I doubt the base size will really matter, but some people may feel differently.

Besides the units I already listed what else works well in the GK's? Are purifier squads or purgation squads any good?

Purgation squads suck. major. arse.
Purifiers would be awesome if we had in-faction Drop Pods. Without transport or the ability to deep strike on their own(which they lost from the previous codex) they are expensive to deliver.

Interceptor is triggered when a unit arrives from reserves, not necessarily when a unit arrives by Deep Strike. Peopke confuse the term "Deep Strike Reserve" to mean Deep Strike + Reserve, which is not the case. That's like saying Assault Cannons are assault weapons, or Heavy Flamers are heavy. The BRB tells us the Deep Strike and Deep Strike Reserve are the same thing. A Gating unit arrives by Deep Strike from the table to the table, so no Intercept.
