Here is my Jurassic Park 40k table that I've spent the better part of this year designing and building (slowly) for the 2015 Da Boyz GT.
All the buildings and structures were designed on AutoCAD and then 3D printed. Lighting / Electronics, doors, light covers, flames, etc... are from Zinge Industries. Plants are from various model train kits.
Some close ups:
Main Gate
Triceratops Habitat
Raptor Pit
Fence Section
Jeep & Dilophosaurus
Maintenance Shed

Here's a few more close ups:
Carnivore Feeder
T-Rex Paddock
Restroom

Love the terrain! So much attention to detail. I played on it twice in a row and it was a blast. I'd love to see pics of it on a fat mat if you ever get the chance!

Hey 455_PWR, the main gate, maintenance shed, raptor pit, & the bases of the fences I designed on AutoCAD and then had them 3D printed.
Also, to everyone thank you so much for the positive feedback

This is a fantastic, original idea. But like any great project, it is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration, meaning it is the incredible execution and attention to detail that turns what could have been a few plastic dinosaurs on some jungle terrain into something that oozes, nay screams, character. It would be a joy to game on this table!
Now you just need to figure out a way to incorporate the original movie soundtrack. I can't look at that main gate without the awesome score playing in my head!

While in games do the dinos count as statues or do you remove them, or have stats for them?

@ Orlanth - From what I heard, most of the players were playing the T-Rex and Brach as dangerous terrain.
@ Icelord - thanks, and yes I have been slacking on getting pictures of the Ghostbusters army, I will make an effort to get those done in a week or so.
