Just saw this on Boardgamegeek.......looks really cool! Wondered if anyone else knows of it?

Co-op Rebels against AI Imperial opponents sounds very intriguing, provided it works well enough. Not to mention everything looks beautiful, it could be a production title.

I just recently downloaded it and I have to say it all looks amazing! Tight rules for the AI ties, fun looking missions, and a developer who is constantly responding to any questions and feedback. I'm super excited to start this with a friend of mine (we'll each run 2 ships as we've heard that it plays best with more then 2 rebel ships)

Thanks for the link!

I was just listening to the D6 Generation discussion on it and it sounds like something that I'd love to try out.

Me and a few of my friends have started a campaign.
You play as a squad of Rebel pilots... it basically adds RPG elements to X-Wing. Its been a lot of fun.

Been playing this with a buddy, we each fly 2 ships and it is AWSOME!!!! I like it more then the regular game. It is very well put togeather. You can even play it solo if you want to (i'm doing it solo as scum). I wish there were more good things I could say about it.

If you have not yet tried it, YOU NEED TO!!!!

It's really good fun. And you get a very different experience playing against the AI swarms co-operatively.

Plus, you get to really indulge yourself with 'impossible' combinations of upgrades. Try the starter a few times to get used to it, then let people try a 'further along' skirmish mission with plenty of upgrades - I'd say give them enough XP to build a character from scratch at PS7-8; chaining multiple modifications/elite pilot talents makes for awesome ships, even if they wouldn't be possible in a 'normal' game.

Yeah... play the first mission until everyone is at least PS 4 (you start at PS2).
As you build your pilot, see what crazy combos you can build off of those PS 3, 4, and 5 pilots.
An example for a high pilot skill combo: Airen Cracken with a TLT and BTL-A4 Y-wing title can hand out 3 extra actions a turn at PS 8. Crazy!

A properly tank-ey ship with Biggs' ability can be horrific, we've found.

Just one more person in the camp of "if you haven't tried it, you need to". I put together all of the cardboard components and gave it a try this weekend. Amazingly well put together and a very fun break from the norm. I had some reservations about how good the AI could actually be, but it is surprisingly good. Not as good as your regular opponents to be sure, but you're also very outnumbered so it is pretty challenging. Like Anpu-Adom noted... might want to get everyone to PS 4 before going into the full missions (or at least run the intro mission twice). None-the-Less, excited to get this going some more.

True... keep in mind that his ability has been adjusted for the campaign. Only the FIRST shot gets redirected to Biggs, but still Biggs with R2-D2 and Shield Upgrade is great.

I hear you on the crazy combos. Our group is allowing players to take multiple shield and hull mods. We've also opened up the T-70 X-Wing at PS6 for 10 XP. I'm currently running a PS 7 T-70 with BB-8, APTs, 2 Shields and Extra Munitions. My pilot skills are PTL, Blue Ace and Jake Farrell....love doing 4 actions a turn with no stress at the end. I think, for my last EPT, I'm getting Tycho's ability.
