Does the Mechanicum use Psykers? I haven't read of any in the fluff, but I would think that they'd use some kind of Psycich technologies.

No, they are all about the physical doctrines, not the psychic.

Machines, "science", and so on. Different arms of the body.

There's already an organisation that deals with psykers and abilities.

There have been examples of Mechanicus psykers in the past - the Inquisitor RPG had a sample Techpriest who had the Machine Empathy psychic power, for example.

Now that I think about, Dalia Scythera from Mechanicum had some kind of Psychic connection with technology that let her fix almost anything, and she reconstructed STCs in record time because of it.

In the inquisitor rpg it specifically mentioned that psi-booster artefacts (pychic potential-boosting implants) were used by the 'machina-mentors' of the adeptus mechanicus.

Dalia had a link to the Akasha, which is kind of a 'group mind' theorised by some philosophies, where all human knowledge that has ever been known by anyone resides.

The fixing things with a touch she borrowed from The Void Dragon after becoming its Warden.

Furthermore, the AdMech rules over huge populations, there is going to be a lot of psykers under their control. The AdMech undoubtedly uses them in some way, even if only for research purposes. Don't recall if it has ever come up in the fluff.

That is a good point. Being exempt from the Imperial Tithe (and technically not being part of the Imperium at all), the Mechanicus would officially have a lot more leeway than other factions as far as psychic research is concerned. Unofficially, however, I'm sure the Ordo Hereticus and Adeptus Astra Telepathica would make sure those psykers got on a Blackship one way or the other.

Unsanctioned Psykers are wildly dangerous. The Adeptus Mechanicus might use them for experiments or some such but they'd make sure they have very potent containment methods or they'd quickly regret it. I don't think they'd find it worth while since they generally focus on old technology.

That said in the Dark Heresy RPG books there are multiple mentions of vat-Psykers. I have no idea what they are but the presumably the Mechanicus had something to do with it.

Don't they use "Bottled" Psykers? I've vague memories of reading somewhere (possibly in a Dark Heresy supplement) of the Admech using psykers stored in tanks with most of their higher brain functions wiped. They are used like Astropaths for interstellar communication.
