Spoiler:
Q: Where can I deploy?
A: You can deploy in any sector that is not occupied by an enemy.
Q: How many armies can fit into a single sector
A: As many allies as you want, but no enemies. Enemies must roll to attack the sector if they wish to enter it. If the enemy wins, you must withdraw into another sector and the enemy moves into your sector. You cannot use this to attack the sector an enemy is in or move into the sector your enemy attacked from.
Q: Who is my Ally?
A: All Imperium armies are considered allies within themselves and all Chaos armies are allies within themselves. All Xenos are considered to be enemies to any other Imperium, Chaos or Xenos army. There may be exceptions to these rules.
Q: Is the Governor's Mansion a sector?
A: Yes.
Grading scale courtesy of Sgt Smudge. Use the experimental one below for now.
Spoiler:
This is my best way of recreating it, and I think for streamlining purposes, neutral/draw can be removed.
Major Victory: 0 < 5
Victory: 6 < 10
Minor Victory: 11 < 25
Minor Defeat: 26 < 35
Defeat: 36 < 45
Major Defeat: 46 < 50
Looking at this now, there really is a huge chance of getting over 50, but there needs to be a risk of getting Major Defeats even when playing 50s. Not a perfect system by any means, and I wouldn't object to a fairer method.
Experimental Grading list:
Spoiler:
0-5 Major Victory
6-15 Victory
16-30 Minor Victory
31-45 Minor Defeat

56+ Major Defeat

Oh and as for couples, Riley has a wife (who's also a red head, incidentally) aboard the Swift Guardian
He's far more developped than Gallus, mostly because I came up with him outside of 40k some years ago. Figured it'd be nice to 40k him a bit and add him to my battalion.

I'd have to ask Smudge to make sure he's fine with it. Got my Craftworld Eldar and Marines already, just want to ensure that that would be ok, and to ensure that I can take writing for 3 armies.

Because the allies chart has been the most reliable for fluff. It depends on the Overlord in charge, for the most part.

Basically, in response to 2BlackJack1, this should be used for basically anything NOT story. So discussions about events in the campaign, or just posting additional fluff resources about your faction should go here.
It's just a little bit distracting when the actual thread is clogged up by spoiler tags for discussion.
Fixed my 2nd in-game post a bit, it didn't make too much sense
And I am just switching post for fluff.
Spoiler:
Keen eyes will notice this symbol popped up on the last sector map
the 85th Battalion ''Reforged'', a Tempestus Scions reconnaissance battalion.
They're called so because of their means of recruitement, which involve picking up Scions/IG veterans that survived large scale engagements and ''Reforging'' them as members of the 85th. Since their specialty involves reconnaissance, they generally keep to a small number, right now they have 1500 members under the leadership of Tempestor Prime Gallus Tauron. Himself a veteran of the original 85th Battalion, he leads his battalion with the typical steel hand of a Tempestor Prime. He expects an extremely high level of discipline from the recon specialists, as the job they're doing is extremely demanding. Unlike many organisation within the Imperium, the men of 85th actually have a lot of different uniforms that they'll use depending on the planet they're deployed. Since being stealthy is one of their main skills, the men of the 85th are also well qualified regarding anything linked to stealth, like ambushed and sabotage, generally making the lives of allied forces easier when they show up. They're not the best when it comes to direct fighting as most of their training goes to reconnaissance training, but, they're still Scions of the Imperium, and are a cut above even the most hardened Imperial Guard veteran, as shown on the few occasions that they had to engage an enemy directly and in large numbers.
There is one exception to this however. During the battle of Praigia V, the Imperium lost communications rather aprubtly with the force sent there. The 85th was sent to investigate, their skills in stealth speaking for themselves. What they found were a nearly destroyed army, rapidly losing ground. The few survivors they could evacuate were half a company of airborne assault stormtroopers, dubbed ''Riley's Fist' and lead by Tempestor Secundus Riley Enoch . Instead of re-training them as reconnaissance specialists, they were kept as an emergency response unit sent to quickly secure the recon specialists when the mission goes sour. They're the heavy punch of the 85th, with attached navy aircrafts and the heaviest man-portable weapons the battalion can issue . The men that fail the recon course but succed in meeting the Scions grueling combat standards will be given further training as airborne assault troops. Furthermore, certain troopers that have shown exceptionnal combat skills are transfered there, where their skills can be used more often. These men have kept their original uniforms, but they've adopted the 85th iconography.
As for those that fail both qualifications or simply fail to meet the standards of the battalion, they're used as decoy, when such a thing is needed to allow the reconnaissance specialists to do their missions. Lucky men that survive a certain amount of such missions are sometimes allowed as support crew or crewmen on the valkyries and vulture loaned by the Imperial Navy.
The battalion has good support from the Navy, who granted them quick stealth ships (a light cruiser and escorts) to carry them around as well as numerous valkyries and a few vultures. One particularity of the light cruiser, the Swift Guardian, is the pods bay dotted around its hull. These fire special pods similar to the Space Marines pods, except that they break out in pieces high in the sky, allowing the Scions to drop quickly and stealthly using grav-chutes. This is only used when landing via more conventional means would be too risky for the success of the mission.
For the number parts.
1500 Scions or so.
20 Taurox Primes, used when Valkyries cannot transport the reconnaissance elements.
60 Valkyries
6 Vultures
Riley's Fist (Included in the numbers above)
125 Scions
13 Valkyries
6 Vultures
4 Space Ships
Light Cruiser: Swift Guardian 3 Escorts: Wind Eternal, Redemption Blade and The Thunderbolt
So yeah, basically I don't really intend to take part in large battles and eliminate other people (tho I might steal a few Kasrkins and Grenadiers ). My goal would be more of a support one, but bascially, I am hoping to help other Imperial forces accomplish their objectives, not sure how you determine success, but the point would be to skewer the odds in favor of the Imperium via having allies knowing what they'll walk into and whatnot, possibly sabotaging something critical and hell, maybe punch someone in the face with Riley's Fist once or twice.
Here you go, this was my first time writting serious fluff, I think it well, let me know if something's missing.

1. Are other people fine with me having 2 kinds of elves sneaking around the sector? One good and one neutral/evil
2. (this is directed to Smudge)- Are you ok with me having that 3rd force present? I've always kind of wanted to write up things from an "evil" perspective.
