Sylus and Annala are confirmed for the next Crusade. They won't be on the pile

I was joking, I'm not killing off anyone who doesn't want to be killed. I'm also leaving it to Smudge on who dies, I don't know who wants to be kept alive and who is OK with dying. It's better to leave it to the GM, as he's the one who gets the last word.

it is Couple's Crusade related. I will say no more beyond that

I hope it still works after what I'm doing with Archarus. You can still have your glory with the Knife-ear, but it isn't exactly what you're expecting, that I can say. And I'm going to leave it to Smudge on who dies by Archarus, since he's going to be writing the response to Archarus showing up AFAIK. I'm just setting him up for it.

As long as Lilliana is still alive after whatever the feth you're doing then it's fine. And as long as you don't take her prisoner (which is more of a personal request at this point)

Don't worry, WK. Lilliana isn't about to drop dead or end up like some of her kindred. (I'm not sorry about that, though. I needed something to fuel that ship. How else was I going to kill Jaws? ) Besides, you're barking up the wrong tree. Smudge will be the judge, jury, and executioner for characters. I'm just setting him up.

I'm not worrying. It's just that the way you were talking about the End-times seemed to be implying that bad things might happen to Lilliana, despite you saying you wouldn't kill/maim the leaders of those who requested to not be killed/maimed. You can go fight Julius if it makes for a cooler story.

What if they re-emerge and that's the force you use for the next Crusade? There were a size able amount.

I'm just going to leave that sort of stuff to Smudge, WK. I don't feeling like rewriting my addition, it already has a nice feel to it, methinks.

And Kharne, are you sure you'd want that? They'd be resentful against you sending them to a chaos lord, and then you didn't even put proper care into them getting there. If I were in their spot, I'd be royally upset, and that'd be putting it nicely.

I thought you were planning on hiring the Kroot? They wouldn't want to work for someone that sends them to a bloodthirsty warlord who can count how many good deeds he's done on one hand, and then they end up lost in the warp, trying to find a way out. You truly have a mind more complex than my own if that's fun to you.

i was considering it, but now that I'm allying with all these CSM's I don't think I'd have a need for Kroot (No Offense)

but as I'm one of few people still posting updates, I'll clarify: I'm waiting on something from Smudge to cap off Trisburg, then I do a response, rescue the princess and bail to assist the end crusade. The little updates aren't me slowing you down, I'm trying to get as much as I can done so you're not waiting on the other end of that. My exit to go help is written.

Gotta say, and again it's been hilarious so I don't mind: without the rolls and responses from smudge as GM, my entire input in this crusade so far is to go and look at a planet and then punch myself in the face. So I'm sorry anyone waiting for me - A lot of the Trisburg stuff has been me coming up with responses to npc social failures, or writing my own bits and pieces, and I just plain runneth dry of ideas for self harm.
That's why I've been slow as all get-out.

CoF 2: Cuddles in Spaaaace, I need to be near at least another person and do things, please.

e.g: The entire Marcus setting up Selka line was just me making gak up for something weird to happen due to failing to convince Marcus very very early on. I realised people were busy, so I had an NPC stir it up. That wasn't a roll. I just realised my input was fairly pedestrian without a bit of yelling.

The only reason why I have no updates is that I have very little to talk about. Chazz already covered the Hybrid Assault, and I have very little to add onto that, so unless you want Julius musing in his quarters.... Although I suppose I could do some stuff for my Eldar for the Couple's Crusade

Again, I hope that didn't come across as a 28mm violin, I was just trying to say that basically you're not all waiting on me to stop hugging my commissar and punching my own captain. I'm just writing because there's time, not the other way around.

That said, and I'm entirely serious, I'm not about making people uncomfortable. Apart from with Marcus.
Said hugging is intended to be sincere, but I'm not ever going to breach that level of description/implication. At this point if you have string suspension of disbelief it can actually still read as bromance.
I kinda wish I lived in a world where fictional commissars hugging other dudes weren't at odds with other people's morals, but such is life, and a community fiction really isn't the place to nail that issue down.

Firgot to say thogh, your Histans are literally the only force my guys met, so I told Smudge if we were near one another at the end, I'd likely act as a buffer for you.
