Hmmm, just had an idea, and thought it was worth sharing, though I'm not quite sure if I'd want to act upon it.

What about an aos/fantasy crusade of fury (crusade of fury 3?), maybe set in the Old World for easier traveling? Will be very different, and I doubt anyone would want to because of the work they've put into their forces, but just a thought.

Sssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh do not speak of a new crusade. Last time that happened we rushed to get this one done.

It's an interesting idea, but I'm not sure how many people have knowledge of the Old World. Also, I'll agree with TS in that mentioning another crusade isn't healthy for the current one. I do, however, see what you're saying and aren't trying to rush this crusade, but it's just a side effect of mentioning the next crusade, it seems.

I'd be up for the idea, glad to throw in some Skaven - but wait for a bit. The story in this campaign is barely started.

We don't want a repeat of last time (which of anyone, hit me hardest ), and there's plenty of opportunity here for the time being.

The First Crusade lasted 7 months, plus a few days after.
We're scarcely 3 into this one: just give it a bit of time, mate.

I know zilch about fantasy.... Barely anything not saying negative just not all of us know it

But maybe if it ever happened, dwarves?

I've bookmarked the CoF at work and am slowly getting through it from the start again during breaks. Ed and co are coming back, as are my boys in purple, just as soon as I manage to read up to date.

Glad to hear from you, again: no rush.

I know the old WHFB lore better than the new stuff, but yeah - no rush on that either. We've barely scraped the surface of stuff here.
