This thread is mostly to work on rewriting Sisters, in a manner that they are primarily a Sisters army (That is, less emphasis on the miscellaneous Ministorium units), and that they maintain their thematic use of Bolters/Flamers/Meltaguns while having increased versatility. Other than the Golgothan and the Incinerator, most the units are based on previously-mentioned Sister Ordos.
==Summary==
Every unit has a fairly distinct role on the battlefield. Sisters are not quite Eldar-ish in theme, but they are intended to work as a combined arms force. The standard "Battle Sister" isn't a thing, simply because Sisters were generally most effective either as Exorcists and Seraphim allied into another army, or as an Immolator-Spam army.
Troops: Sister Bastions are your "Objective Holders" and protectors, meant to advance into an area despite incoming fire, and hold it. If they are your anvil, Repentia are the hammer, meant to flank into enemy units. Dominions are your scalpel, meant to skirmish and eliminate problem targets.
Elites: Sabine Infiltrators are disruption, Celestians are your "all around elite" Sisters, while Madrigals are intended to be a "Subtle Support Unit" akin to a Choir of Menoth (the actual implementation is, again, up in the air).
Fast Attack: Seraphim are useful as ever. Penitent Engines were moved here, as they have no place in Heavy Support. The Incinerator is akin to a Baal Predator or Hellhound, meant to serve as a flanking tank.
Heavy Support: Retributors are Retributors, though they're Relentless to help with the whole "Short Range firefight" theme. The Exorcist is an Exorcist, as usual. The Golgothan is something akin to a Sister Dreadknight mixed up with elements of Karamazov's Throne of Judgement, a "Heavy Anchor" for the rest of the army.
Add Heroes for assorted utility functions to boot, stir the pot.

This is an offshoot from a core rewrite I'm working on; I wasn't sure at the time whether to start splitting stuff up into separate google docs, or create separate threads for discussion. http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/666981.page
The Faith rules are still very early as is. +1 Fast means that for every 4" the model can move, it can move another 1". (The game uses 4" as the multiple for movement, rather than 6"). So a Rhino would have a 10" move, or a 20" Double-time move, etc.
"Mercenaries" is a catch-all for forces which are not "Full armies" in their own right, and represents stuff from Ork Freebootaz and Kroot Mercenaries, to Harlequins, to "Scum" humans or Imperial Assassins. For Sisters, "Mercenaries" would be stuff like Red Redemptionist Zealots, etc; irregular forces that by themselves are not technically part of the Sisters Of Battle. Back in the old Chapter Approved Sisters army (before the Andy Hoare dex), a Sister Diologus allowed you to take a unit from Codex: Imperial Guard, so something similar shouldn't be too far off.
I didn't want to give the Sisters their own Techmarines, Terminators, or Bikes, or anything else that would make them *too* similar to Space Marines.
Well I'm working on my 7th ed Codex update for the Adepta Sororitas. Take a look at it and let me know how what you think. Your Faith system could be broader (more options) but gaining additional movement is probably a no-go though.

"Suffering is Faith, Faith is Strength.
Generations have suffered with the same devotion that we can offer but once. Still, our Faith leads us through these dark times like a beacon. It will guide us to triumph over these abominations. Either by breaking them upon us like waves against a limitless, golden peak or by thrusting through them like the spear of the Immortal Emperor Himself." - Cannoness Aoife, Order of the desert rose #Yesallwomen
Starting stand alone topics for each expansion may not have been the best idea. Maybe type this all elsewhere and upload links to them via google drive/ dropbox/ etc?
Now for actual comments, what you've done is better than what sisters have now pretty much by default. Anything is better at this point. I like faithful a lot. Its really different. I dislike when people want sub factions to be represented with "chapter Tactics, but for everybody!" You have ideas that differentiate armies all while utilizing actual different mechanics and that's great, because I tend to fall into a pitfall where everyone gets different flavors of the same candy.
The "aspect sisters" thing you have going on is cool, but may be a little much. For sisters to be a stand- alone army, there has to be a greater element of "general purpose" infantry. There are armies where this is not a thing (Eldar of all flavors, daemons (arguably), I'm sure I'm missing something) and for those armies, that is a feature of the force and something that needs to be treated as a strategic hurdle, but I don't thing any of those armies is imperial.
I went to Hershey Park in central PA this year, and I have to say I was more than a little disappointed. I fully expected the entire theme park to be make entirely of chocolate, but no. Here in America, we have "building codes," and some other nonsense about chocolate melting if don't store it someplace kept below room temperature.
