At this point, not really knowing what all is in the pipe, there's a few games I have listed on amazon that are apparently slated for this year:
-For Honor
-Mafia 3
-Ratchet and Clank
Beyond that, I may get MLB The Show 16

Xcom 2 is the first to come to mind. I'm also looking forward to Torment.
Is the new South Park rpg due this year? I loved Stick of Truth, so I'm looking forward to the sequel.
There's also the new Mirrors Edge game, and the cyberpunk game from CDPR.

I was looking forward to The Division until I found out you can get rewarded for shooting allies in the back. That just doesn't seem like fun to me.
The only other one I can think of is Doom.
I guess SFV and No Man's Sky but I don't have a PS4 so I don't think of them generally.
Oh, and Cuphead. That has been pushed back so often I almost forgot about it.

Far Cry Primal should definitely be interesting. I hope they can make melee much better than previous games, otherwise it will be absolute gak.

After I wrote about it I looked further into it and the idea of turning on your friends/allies isn't there anymore so The Division is back on the list.

It is still there, but it is only in specific heavily contaminated areas called "Dark Zones". You can get really good loot there, but you have to extract the loot out to be decontaminated before you can use it elsewhere.
Downside is if you get killed in a Dark Zone? The other players can take your haul from the Dark Zone for themselves.

Unless you're working for DICE, I'm pretty sure it's being released this year - several of the developers have said so.

Throw up a few quotes then.
I've seen no confirmed developers actually discussing the game itself. I know there was a leak that came from a developer's resume/IMDB page being updated to include a working title of the game but that was about it. DICE has confirmed that a game is under development, beyond that there has been no specifics.
Purportedly they're aiming for "Q4 2016", but in terms of game developers? That's a projected finish date. And that's been the "projected finish date" since 2014.
Just let that percolate. It's been their stated goal since 2014--yet nobody knows anything about it.

Several of the devs tweeted on how they were working on it. EA has confirmed it's set for release, and all in all it's not any different from any other game getting a date pinned on it by the publisher.

So basically, like I said, EA has put a tentative date of Q4 2016. That is publisher-speak for "We want it out before the end of this year".
Doesn't mean it is going to happen this year.
PS:
Read the tweets in question. They're not saying "they were working on it", they said they were switching from the Battlefront project team to the Battlefield project team. Saying things like "Now that we've shipped Battlefront, off to the next Battlefield project!" or "Battlefront has shipped, off to Battlefield. Gotta get my SW fix somewhere else" does not indicate that the game was already in production.

Because it's the only WW2 RTS available and it's actually a good game at its core that simply suffers from overpriced content and occasional poor balance--see: mortars.
