In the posts below you can see it printed, cut and pasted on wood tiles.

I printed it in: https://www.pixartprinting.com/wide-format/printing-banners-mesh/pvc-banner/

Description:

A city war zone image for W40K. It is 72"x48" (around 180cmx120cm)

There is 24" between lights for an easy deploy of your troops.

Easy cut and tileable (6 tiles) for different terrain at every game

The distance between lights is 24" so it is easier to deploy your army.

It is also prepared to be cut, so you can make tiles of 24"x24" and change the disposition of the board

Some examples

I really like the "lights" on the paper GW one. Not sure how the map is called, but they are great since they perfectly line out the deployment zones. I love that you incorporated them as well. If you somehow managed to do the different deployment zones such as the diagonal and the hammer that would be great.

Other things.
- your map seems to have glitches / mismatches in texture edges you might want to look at.
- Resolution. You want to use ~300 Dpi. Most tables will be 6*12 by 4*12 = 72x48 inch for a total pixel count of 21600x14400.
- Craters, boxes and other "heavy 3d" stuff these things I don't like those on maps. They limit me in placing stuff half over it, and I feel it looks btter when I use the actual prop for it.
-Grimdark. Your map isn't really, that isn't bad. Especially if your terrain is painted in the same way. But if you want to make it grim dark, you might want to grunge it a bit up or do a quick and dirty desaturation of your colours.

Thanks for you comment.

The image is, as you say 21624x14424 pixels, it is huuuuge. 200mb I couldn't upload it even at 25%. XD

I might probably change it and add a darker/desaturated tone and more destruction. It's a pitty I already ordered one. Luckily it is just 30€, so I might ask another one when I really finish it.

30 Euro that isn't bad. Where did you order it and what material venyl ? Could you show us a few pictures of the finished product . I am looking to make one myself but I would love to know if their finish looks good before I order.

Arrived today. I only could take a fast picture, I came home really late today.
I looks really nice, it darkened in the printing process so looks better than the digital image, resolution looks perfect, the material looks durable, a little bit glossy maybe...
Tomorrow I will cut it in tiles and take more pictures.

Which material did you choose for them to print on? I'm scavenging an old file i did myself (by coincidence it has the same layout as this) and if you really paid only 30€ it's a stealth.

This was my ongoing project, i needed more terrain textures and smooth everything out after.

could you show us some close up of the material, clearly showing its texture and its finish. (Perhaps even folded ?) That was more what i was interested in. This to me makes a world of difference and is the reason why I love some mats and hate others.

I am sorry for the delay, I had a travel this weekend.

Here you can see the material and the detail of the printing. Looks pretty nice.

Today I cut it in tiles and paste it to the wood plates you see in the images, right now the glue is drying. Tomorrow I will take pictures with the result.

Here it is, cut and pasted. Now we can make tiles and move things around.

Hope you like it.

I did a huge EDIT in the first post where you can find the download link to the playmat and the link to the page I printed it on.

I like that street texture. Any chance you would mind sharing it clean in straight and intersection form?

Unfortunately i deleted the original file, but i cut a piece from the source file. The intersections are just 2 pieces perpendicular to each other and with Clone tools spammed over them to deleted the yellow line.
