If an Ordo Malleus Inquisitor were to make use of, say, Eldar Digital Weapons, or Jokaero engineers, would his Grey Knight companions care? Do Grey Knights bother with Xenos? If Grey Knights were to come across Xeno tech designed to combat Chaos, would they make use of it, or purge it like proper Tech Priests would? In short, how are Grey Knights with the whole "purge the xenos" thing, and xenos technology in particular?

From what I know, the Grey Knights are the least xenophobic orginisation of the Imperium (and so is the Ordo Malleus). They have peaceful contact with Eldars (especially Harlequins), are known to use Necron tech and even assisted Eldars in their fight against Chaos in a very proactive manner.

Grey knights are a brotherhood of heretical xenos loving psykers who openly let other species temper with the blessed creations of mars. They love to use any kind of alien technology they can get their hands on.
Take the Tesseract Labyrinths for example.

Brace yourself, someone warning you about how "everything ever written in the 40k wiki is fanon and must never be trusted" is coming.

You just did, and here is my defence. I agree that there are bad things on both 40k wiki and lexi (or any other wiki) and that lexi is generally a better source . But it isn't hard to see if something would likely be true or not, just look if is supported by a citation or not. In this case both just quote the 5th edition Grey knights codex and that isn't the only example of heretical behaviour of grey knights in that codex.

I don't have an issue with the Wiki (if I ever say sweeping declarations like "everything ever" or "never", I clearly don't believe it, because such sweeping declarations can hold their weight when there is almost always a host of exceptions), but I have yet to see a thread that features a link to the Wiki that doesn't involve saying "wiki suckz, even when Lex and 4Chan agree, wiki must never be uzed, wiki is heresy, lulziez.

As noted in their codex - the Grey Knight use large amounts of Xenos Tech - some is approved by the AM, some is just stuff they have "acquired" or been given.
An Inquistor does not answer to the Grey Knights - its the other way round.
In the Imperium as a whole Xenos tech can be handed over to the AM to destroy/exploit etc - in fact one of the primary misisonsof the Deathwatch is to get hold of this type technolgy.

It's specifically mentioned in the latest grey knight codex that they completely ok with using xenos tech/weapons if it will give them an edge over chaos. Grey Knights have one job to do and will do anything to get it done.

For the GK its a choice between the big hard guy at the bar and the raging psycho with a gun, who are you going to be more concerned with? They'll kill Orks, Tau, Crons or anyone who gets in the way, but if the Necrojs are willing lend a few Tesseracts in exchange for a handful of common Imperial gear and promise of aid dependent on situation, or they have to work with the Eldar for a mission to kill some Daemons, so be it.

Exactly so.
The Radical/Puritan thing is generally seen on an ordo-by-ordo basis within the Inquisition and their chambers militant.
So an Ordo Malleus Inquisitor using xenotech would be seen as a radical, possibly an out-and-out heretic, by the Ordo Xenos, but his peers in the Ordo Malleus wouldn't care.
Equally, the more over-the-top members of the Ordo Hereticus see any psyker as one step short of a heretic and would probably see the entire Grey Knights chapter as heretics on those grounds, even before getting to the xenotech issues.
The Inquisition and its chamber militant appendages are (weirdly) probably the most pragmatic organisations in the Imperium. The Deathwatch exists to exterminate xenos threats, but at the same time would not shirk from working with one xenos faction against a second if it was required, and as noted, one of their goals is retrieval of xenotech, and many of their unique toys are reverse-engineered bits of alien hardware.
The Deathwatch's stated remit (from the graphic novel) is "The Containment, Study and Extermination of Alien Threats".

This raises the question of why the Ordo Malleus gets the Daemon weapons and not any alien ones.

The Ordo Xenos is the one that deals with Xenos so chances are they are the group that makes trades with the Eldar/Tau, can requisition things from the Deathwatch or lock-up, etc. If a Xenos Inquisitor says "I need that Eldar Anti-matter gun for...research purposes " No one will question it, but if they asked for a sword bearing the essence of a Greater Daemon, questions would be asked, and vice versa.

More because they're the only ones who easily can.
Just because you've no ethical problem with using daemon weapons, doesn't mean you know how to make or control them; the lore that's needed to forge daemon weapons is far more likely to be available to an Ordo Malleus inquisitor, for the same reason that an Ordo Xenos inquisitor is more likely to have access via suppressing the Cold Trade to xenotech weapons if he's inclined to use them.
