I'm looking to make a mail order in order to save a bit on GW store prices. Anyone got any recommendations on good places to go? A quick search has found Triple Helix, Gifts for Geeks, and Element. Although I'm looking to save on GW prices I'd rather pay a little more for good customer service rather than go with the rock bottom cheapest and maybe having a mail order nightmare.
Basically looking for some feedback on good experiences when mail ordering in the UK. Any advice appreciated.

Element have never let me down, and I know many feel the same. Dark Sphere have always done well, although I've not personally ordered for a while. I know Firestorm to be conscientious and efficient, and I often use Troll Trader, although they don't sell new GW. I'll put in a shout for Kirton Games too, they're my nearest, so if they mess you about PM me and I'll clip one of them round the ear.

I go to Triple Helix for the discount. Gonna be honest, it can take a while for them to ship stuff out, though the last time was because I ordered during the Christmas hols, and I'm not overly jittery about urgent post anyway. But when you do get the shipping email, the parcel arrives tout suite.

Element can't be beat. You might pay a couple of pounds more than elsewhere, but their service is superlative, delivery is two days as most, their stock levels are accurate and you usually get a free sweet into the bargain!
Also had good experiences with Darksphere, Firestorm, The Outpost and Troll Trader, but Element are my first port of call these days, I'll go elsewhere only if they're out of stock or somewhere else is drastically cheaper.

Triple Helix and Element Games I use often.
Both are cheap and reliable.

Thanks everyone. Think I'll give Element or Triple Helix a go. The main thing is there's no horror stories emerging from this post which is reassuring.

Triple Helix will order their stock as they receive orders from you so they can take over a week, but they are the cheapest and my preferred option.
Element are pretty good all round. Not quite as cheap but a bit quicker (although never that quick).

This really. Element is good if you're placing larger orders as they tend to do free postage. Dark Sphere goes the other way and postage increases as the order increases, though it is very good for small orders.

I've never personally used Element but have heard lots of good things about them.
I personally use Darksphere who have always been great but for me that's because I can order online and pick up in store which saves onpostage.
Darksphere are very reliable but agree that Element are cheaper on postage.

I know Element have the vote, but I'm just gonna pop up and say Gifts for Geeks are very reliable, dedicated and organised. They're also a safe bet, and extremely polite to deal with.

4tk-gaming is very good. 20% off rrp, free delivery on orders over £80, lots of other ranges and really good customer service.

Chime in for Element. Whilst marginally more expensive than say Wayland, have had zero issues with them when ordering and delivery is unbelievably fast (€500 Necron order in 6 working days).
Albeit, Im just across the water.

I've used both Wayland and 4tk, I've personally never had any issues with Wayland at all but I know some people have. 4tk again, their stock isn't always fantastic, but they ship promptly, have great customer service (I've heard, I've never had an issue)

Firestorm Games are very good, always post promptly and very good at answering customer service queries.
Personally I've not had problems with Wayland, although I haven't got GW stuff from them (not sure if that's the common denominator for them)

Just a brief update. Ordered from Element, a decent sized order so got free delivery. One of the items was awaiting stock but the website showed the date they were expecting it in. The whole order arrived the following day after this date so I was very impressed with their service and would recommend to others.
