It's stated in a little box in the codex next to the army list entry for Big Mek and Warbosses.

Do you own the Codex and have you read it? It's pretty straightforward. Which part specifically are you having an issue with? In other words, which page doesn't make sense?

Sry about title yes I own and have read the codex I am probably looking right at it but I don't see where it states they make dreads and nobz choices thnx for help

I thought they'd removed the ability for Warboss/Big Mek to make Nobz/Deff Dread units Troops choices.

Warboss making nobz troop was the previous codex, and Deff dreads as troops is IA;8 Dreadmob.(Forgeworld not the Ghazz formation)
