I'm going for a semi-competetive army whilst trying to stick with a Tzeentch theme. The arch-demagogue and sorceror go in the twenty-man unit to give them covenant of Tzeentch and divination buffs for a nice shooty unit. I haven't played CSM before and I don't really know what works apart from heldrakes, so advice from CSM players is greatly appreciated.
