Does anyone know how to get a hold of the people at Bits and Kits? ( http://www.bitsandkits.co.uk/) I placed an order with them, which they messed up. I've tried emailing them twice, about a week apart, and the email got rejected due to a full inbox. I've also tried the Contact form on their website twice, and got no response. It probably just sends them an email, which they can't get because their inbox is already full of other emails they are ignoring.
Incidentally, I wouldn't recommend ordering from Bits and Kits.

Not the first time I've seen this story on here, and why I never use them, despite their decent range.
Your flag says US, but as you've used a UK store it may be misrepresenting, and if you're Uk based, try Bitz Box, best bits seller I've used (that's still selling, at least.)

Blimey. I've made more orders to Bits and Kits over the last 3-4 weeks than I made with any and all bits sellers before, and every one of them have been delivered complete and in good time.

I think they're a "fabulous right up until the point something goes wrong" sort of affair. At least, that's the situations I've seen reported most often.

They will be up to their ears in shows at the moment. If an order comes in, they would try to shift it, but I expect customer support time to be spent boxing up stock for the weekend.

I guess I got unlucky, and had things go wrong right away on my first order. But if their support email box is full, I'm guessing a lot of people have had problems with their orders that haven't gotten resolved. Not a good sign, even if some people get lucky and have no issues. I guess I should have looked into their reputation before I ordered.
I actually am in the US, but I don't often order bits, and I couldn't find a US bits seller that had what I needed. A good chunk of my small order was shipping, and then I ended up not even getting what I needed.
