Flamer/heavy flamer can have issues because you need to resolve one and then the other, limiting the number of hits, but many have success with it.
that depends on house rules of weather you resolve one and then the other as per the shooting sequence (
BRB p30) or if special rules for template weapons(
BRB p173) supersede that and you determine the number of hits for both templates before then going on to resolve those "hit pools" individually per their differing weapon profiles. with any luck this will be officially settled in their facebook
faq questions request.

OP
It looks like your on the right track with your proposed list. sisters favor
MSU mech based lists. if you taking the
ASF because you're afraid of air, don't be. typically if you can force a flyer to jink then it's completely useless and exorcists/heavy bolters are typically good at that so you could free up a few points by dropping the
ASF to a squad of heavy bolter rets or another exorcist and drop the command squad for something else (more obsec?).
i think i know why you want the seraphim, a DSR unit can be really handy to grab back field objectives but they typically die quick and don't usually get to see a second turn on the table.
the last 1000pt list was for a 2v2 game (1000pts per player)
