it certainly isnt good enough for tau eldar and wulfen. im still miffed as feth that gw has been extruding all that gak rules lately. especially all the SM stuff and all the completely insane bat gak psyhic powers. but even then, gw bases it off of something most of the time. calling it a land raider but making it a super heavy necron daemon tank is another thing.

Par for the course in GW-land.

simple proposal:
transfer most all legion vehicles over to CSM, swap those vehicle upgrades with CSM vehicle upgrades, remove all mentioned of 30k specific rules.
|
I'll never be able to repay CA for making GW realize that The Old World was a cash cow, left to die in a field. |

The problem with that is that people then ask: "why play loyalist space marines?". If chaos are just space marines but with extra chaos stuff then why play the more limited side.
Unfortunetly, in the name of fairness, they get new tech and we get daemon engines.
Such is life as a worshipper of the dark gods.

well, bringing over similar, older styles of land raider and access to some of the other 'lost' tech makes CSM feel and look different from regular marines. pair this with adding in a few new daemon engines and you have a force that is reminiscent of the heresy, with a rather morbid twist.
EDIT: also, so long as we leave out the legion tactics (something I support as only 2 or 3 of the legions are still coherent anymore), theres a reason: do you want to play with more buffs/tactics/occasional new tech, or an older, more 'technologically advanced" (since 40k makes no sense) correupted daemon list.

Its why i made the Skullhammer. The Loyalists have no equivalent to that and i feel Cult Predators could be cool.
