So was thinking about this today, and am unsure how it would resolve.

Take the new psychic power that gives the librarian a 3+ invul save. If you peril on the cast (meaning the cast still went off), and then roll on the peril table to say take a wound, no armor or cover saves allowed, are you able to use the invul save from the casted power to try and stop the wound?

You can't take invul against perils either

Well lets assume you peril when casting endurance or some other power that grants FNP.

Sequencing wise, if you successfully cast the power and peril, are you able to use FNP against any wounds caused by said peril result or do we assume that you only gain the benefit after the peril is resolved?

Perils is resolved at step 3 in the manifesting sequence, step 4 is deny the witch, then the power gets resolved at step 5. So no.
