Here's a list I have been planning for a while now for possible use in a local tournament. It uses only Ravenwing units.

Ravenwing Bike Squad: 3 bikes, 2x Gravgun, Melta Bombs
Ravenwing Bike Squad: 3 bikes, 1x Gravgun, Melta Bombs
Ravenwing Attack Bike Squad: 1 bike, Multimelta
Ravenwing Land Speeder: Multimelta, Assault Cannon

My local meta does not feature a lot of flyers, so many possible opponents will not have much, if any, anti-air. This means that my Silence Squadron will be able to do some work. I am using the Lightning Claw on the sarge mostly for rule of cool, but also because I've had some good luck with special weapons on bike sergeants. The two characters go in the command squad with the libby rolling on Interromancy, hoping for Righteous Repugnance (even if he doesn't get it there are plenty of other cool powers!). That blob is pretty nasty with Rage! I would break one bike squad and the extra speeder off into an Attack Squadron, but our local tournaments have a limit of 3 detachments. I probably won't be running this real soon as two of my flyers are still on sprues, but I'm thinking perhaps late summer/early fall I might try it. Any feedback is appreciated!

As for the army itself, consider swapping the lone speeder for another attack bike, that way you could also get the points for another gravgun. I'm afraid that I can't give any other advice really, no idea how those planes will work.
