As for evidence being anecdotal, i suggest you go to their Kickstarter page and see the comments section or go to maxmini.eu facebook as see people leaving comments there.
Nevertheless, there's a big leap between "poorly run , late delivering Kickstarter" and "actively intending to deceive and defraud."
I'm seeing much evidence of poor decision making and dubious competence, I'm seeing little evidence of deceit.

Well, in the case of PB, it's deceit in covering up poor decisions and competence.
