Did it go out too early? The same thing happened with this novel as well which also has me excited.

THE STORY
Excelsis is the city of secrets, a grand and imposing bastion of civilisation in the savage Realm of Beasts. Within its winding streets and shadowy back alleys, merchants deal in raw prophecy mined from an ancient fragment of the World That Was, and even the poorest man may earn a glimpse of the future. Yet not all such prophecies can be trusted. When Corporal Armand Callis of the city guard stumbles upon a dark secret, he finds himself on the run from his former comrades, framed for a crime he did not commit. Only the Witch Hunter Hanniver Toll knows the truth of his innocence. Together the pair must race against time to save Excelsis from a cataclysm that would drown the city in madness and fear.

Looks like the new Lord of Change made Dakka have a hiccup.

And now to replace the original post The link to the article was changed after it was updated with info about using the new Lord of Change in 40k.

That's an utterly gorgeous model I will have no chance of doing just to with paint.

Marneus Calgar is referred to as "one of the Imperium's greatest tacticians" and he treats the Codex like it's the War Bible. If the Codex is garbage, then how bad is everyone else?

There was a Kairos pic in the comments of the original facebook comments post, all got deleted and the article updated. Didn't get a good look at it but looked as stunning as this does easily.

Fantastic model! Instantly makes me regret choosing Khorne/Bloodbound for my Chaos faction.

Bye bye Dakkadakka, happy hobbying! I really enjoyed my time on here. Opinions were always my own :-)

Can always start another army . Also who says they can't be friends? Or if the fluff says they can't be friends, they are not working together for the battle, but once the battle is finished they will turn on each other?

Man, the Tzeentch stuff has been superb. If this stuff had been the showcase models for AoS when it first released, I think people's impression of the game would have been different.

Now, I just have to decide if I'd like to do Tzeentch in the 40k of Wh-AOS realm...

Wow not a single whine about how its garbage and they prefer the old one? Or how brimstone horrors shouldn't exist because they weren't in older editions?

That's impressive, Dakka forums.

Insanely beautiful model though. Those wings look like a pain to paint/transport though.

My only complaint is that it's going to be like $140 and I don't like giving away money

... only complain I may point is there may not be a second pair of legs, by the looks of it. If both builds share the same kit, it's unlikely there will be a second pair of legs :/

Well if they just get better and better each release, and a lot of us like Magnus and not this one blows Magnus out of the water, just imagine the Slannesh version is going to be like.

At least his feet are firmly on his base. I don’t know how people transport the minis held up on wisps/ribbons. Which often also have wings.

Ah crude! I haven't finished painting my 2 LoC conversions yet. They look too small now.
I guess they'll make good Tz Daemon Princes for eBay.
But I've got to have that LoC.

I did a quick size comparison using Microsoft Paint, matching the size of the Brimstone Horrors and the base of the LoC is four 25mm bases wide. So either it is on the 100mm round base, or on an oval base (which I what I hope)

Haha, true. But I have also chosen Skaven as my second chaos faction (painting some up right now).

Do I need a third Chaos army? I don't even have 1000 points painted yet :-p

This model would be such a joy to paint though...
