So, we all know that the women of Krieg are not included in the regiments because they are just there to produce more Kriegsmen, but would they be formed into regiments should they be infertile or have some other ailment that disallows them to have children.

I don't see why not. The Death Korps produce an ubsurd number of soldiers for a death world. Anyone surplus to requirements would be enlisted.

The fluff is not really clear about what is the actual part of women in the production of guardsmen. Some sources say they are just sitting in the underground, breeding more or less naturally. If it is true, I guess the Magos Biologis have the technology to maintain higher than normal birth rate, which could mean they won't let any women stay infertile. I guess they would put some techno-gothic stuff in them to make them fertile again, or if it is impossible, convict them to a grimmer fate.
Other sources evoke some dark secrets kept under the surface of Krieg that could explain the huge number of guardsmen produced. It would be a sort of bioengineering that would allow the Magos to breed humans asexually. But the fluff is not clear about this.
If it is true, one could very well imagine that guardsmen of both sex are produced and enrolled into the DKoK. As far as I know, it's kind of hard to guess who is hidden behind a Krieg mask.

Yeah. The Biologis and Munitorum keep a tight lid on the methods of generating so many troops on a Death World. Whether it's fertility drugs/procedures or Vitae-Womb technology, or even both, nobody's saying.
As for females, I don't see why they don't serve. If they can't reproduce, or work in Krieg's supporting industries, then nothing get's wasted. Give 'em a gas mask, a trench coat, a Lucius 98 lasgun, and ship 'em off to die.

An army uses massive amounts of manpower, and only a relatively small fraction of it is actual infantry. Even the Imperial Guard still needs Supply, and Motor T, and Logistics, Maintenance, flight support, etc.
There's never a shortage of necessary (wo)manpower.
That's sort of the Grimdark unspoken secret of the Cadians the fluff never talks about. If everyone serves, but the ideal reproductive age of females is more or less the same as the ideal service age for combat troops, and the Cadians have ridiculously high manpower needs, then it means that the Cadians have militarized breeding, childcare, and education programs. Now there's no secret why all the Cadian models are male.

Maybe they are just all spooky ghosts or robots?
The Vitae-Womb is a method of genetic reproduction utilized by the scientists of Krieg to keep the planet's population up on their dying world in order to meet their Tithes for the Imperial Guard. A mysterious and little-understood technique outside of Krieg itself, this technology of mass-producing human organisms is seen as abhorrent to the Adeptus Mechanicus. Nonetheless the practice is tolerated as the Death Korps of Krieg are so vital to the Imperial war effort.

I know in Dead Men Walking, a story that revolves around the Death Korp vs Necrons, at one point a trooper has to get rid of all of his kreig gear to sneak past some necrons (long story, not gonna spoil).
The Commissar with him is shocked to see a frankly normal looking 20 some odd year old guy beneath it.
The Krieg are as human as anyone, but the sheer amounts of indoctrination turn them into the coldest killers ever. You know they are devoted when they need commissars... To stop them from charging things and getting killed as opposed to keep them in line.
I'm only disappointed they don't come naturally with Fearless...
That and with all that gear, its not impossible for a woman to be a part of the troops, not like you can tell.
